OpenSourceATS is part of comprehensive recruitment management system being developed by Technology Rivers called Hireworx Recruitment Management System aka HRMS. HRMS contains applicant tracking system, vendor management system, contractor management and pubic job board. Its a SAAS (Software as a Service) based hosted solution that provide services to any company who hires employees, contractors, make use of staffing firms, subcontractors, vendors etc.

Technology Rivers is Information Technology consulting and software development firm based in Ashburn, Virginia. Company have years of experience building web and mobile applications and products. Company is working on this product since 2008, and its still under development. Earlier this year, company decided to open source the applicant tracking part of its HRMS product suite. Applicant Tracking part of the product will be the first to release later this year.
